Services

Youth Home-Based and Community Based Services offer supportive, recovery-based treatment to children and their families. This interdisciplinary approach provides treatment based on individual needs and goals. Children and families work together to build strong relationships crucial to successful growth and recovery.

 

 

Services may include:

  • Psychiatric Assessment
  • Medication Reviews
  • Group Therapy
  • Skill Building
  • Health Care Services
  • Individual Therapy
  • Family Therapy
  • Parent Support Services

 

 

Treatment is based on a partnership between the child, family, and treatment team. Most services are provided in the home, community, or school to help nurture natural supports and to bridge community resources.

  • Grounded in Skill Acquisition
  • Home, School, and Community focused

 

 

The Youth Community Based Team serves children 6-18 years of age who have a primary diagnosis of a serious emotional impairment and who have Medicaid or MI Child.
