WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a self designed plan for staying well, helping you feel better when you are not well, increasing personal responsibility over your own life, and helping you to make your life the way you want it to be.



WRAP helps you to:

  • Feel better
  • Decrease and prevent troubling feelings and behaviors
  • Take back control of your life
  • Improve the quality of your life
  • Manage medical challenges


WRAP workshops are a wellness and recovery process. These workshops are:

  • Led by Copeland Center trained facilitators who are using their own WRAPs
  • Based on the belief that wellness and recovery is possible
  • Totally voluntary
  • Free and open to the public–you do not need to be receiving services from HealthWest to attend WRAP



WRAP was developed by individuals who have experienced mental health issues and/or substance use issues personally. You create your own specific plan in your own specific way. Join us on our wellness and recovery journey!
