Employment Partners can help you choose the job that is best for you by:


  • Identifying personal strenghts, skills, and interests
  • Offering career planning to help identify the type of work that meets your needs
  • Assisting you to find a part-time or full-time job in the community



Employment Partners works with a wide variety of employers in Muskegon County who offer part-time and full-time options in janitorial and maintenance, food service, retail assembly, and office positions. We can help prepare you with the skills you need to get the job you want. We help with:


  • Resume development
  • Training and filling out applications
  • Transportation issues
  • Providing rapid job search to put you in front of an employer within the first 30 days



Once working, Employment Partners can help you keep the job by:


  • Offering on-site job coaching to train and maintain employment
  • Visiting the job site to provide follow-along support
  • Maintaining employee/ employer communication through consultation and negotiation
  • Providing benefits counseling so you understand how your job income affects SSI and SSDI
