Soup & Service: A Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration

This is an event hosted by United Way.  Soup lunch is provided.

  • GIVE.  Donate school supplies for classrooms in need or a non-perishable item for local food pantries.
  • ADVOCATE.  Learn how you can be an effective advocate for high quality early childhood care and education, which are proven to help set a solid foundation for a child’s success in school and beyond.
  • VOLUNTEER. Register to serve within one of several opportunities that support the education of our local young people.  For those 55 and over, join our Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) to mentor a child with literacy needs.
