Understanding ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) Training

August 2 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and toxic stress have a direct impact on an individual’s health and wellbeing. In fact, people who have experienced 6 or more ACEs before the age of 18 are estimated to live 20 years less than those who have experienced 1 or no ACEs. As an ACE score increase, so does the risk of disease, social and emotional problems.

Learn more about ACEs as well as tips and tools for building resilience and supporting those who have experienced trauma or toxic stress.

This is a great ACE overview training for youth, parents and any youth-serving staff!
