You will learn:

  • How to deal with grief
  • An overview of the mental health system
  • How to help my family move toward recovery
  • How to recognize signs of mental illness
  • How to be an effective member of a treatment team
  • How to manage family stress
  • How to help my family communicate more effectively

This is a weekly, 12 week series that is offered twice per year. To learn more contact customer.services@healthwest.net.
