For People We Serve
What is Club Interactions?
It is first and foremost a purposeful community of people working together toward a common goal. It offers a structured daily schedule to provide the opportunity for meaningful work, promote the development of meaningful relationships and a place to belong.
Club Interactions also known as Club House is an internationally accredited clubhouse model providing rehabilitation and skill building services to individuals with mental illness.
We offer a variety of skill building services such as:
- Skill Building: retail, clerical, janitorial, and food service in a licensed kitchen.
- Employment: transitional employment program where you can work up to 20 hours at minimum wage.
- Outreach and Advocacy: we offer support to our members through phone calls, cards and monthly newsletters.
- Community Support: we participate in different social and recreational opportunities in the community such as bowling, movies, shopping and outdoor activities.
Through participation in clubhouse, people are giving the worlds of friendship, family, work, employment opportunities, education and the support of others who believe that recovery is possible for all. Through working side-by-side with staff to complete the work of clubhouse, people build skills, self-confidence, develop friendships and receive the support they need to live more independent and successful lives outside of the clubhouse.
