We offer a wide range of group therapy options for you! Research shows that group therapy is beneficial and enriches your therapy experience. If you are open to HealthWest services and interested in learning more about a group contact your case manager to see how you can get involved.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group is focused on building positive behavior changes by reducing self-harm and negative thinking.


Men’s Skills Group

Tuesdays at 3 pm

This group is designed to help men in recovery learn and practice the skills they need to maintain their sobriety and deepen their recovery.



Thursdays at 3 pm

Women’s trauma group that specifically targets how we unconsciously respond to past bad experiences. You will not have to share those experiences in this group.


Journey to Health

Tuesdays at 3 pm

An opportunity to embark on a journey to live a life free of tobacco and nicotine related products. We will share information, discuss strategies, create ideas, and encourage participants to build a healthier lifestyle.

SMART Recovery is one of the leading recovery groups in the United States dedicated to helping participants learn tools and techniques for self-empowerment. Participants in the group learn tools to aid their recovery process based on substantial, proven scientific evidence and research and are encouraged to engage with a global support system.

Illness Management Recovery Group (IMR) is an evidenced-based practice designed to provide mental health consumers with knowledge and skills necessary to cope with aspects of their mental illness while maintaining and achieving goals in their recovery. This group also allows support to participate in this class upon consumers consent. 





Teen SMART Recovery

SMART Recovery is a self-help program that offers a place where teens can get together to try to look into and change behaviors that hurts themselves and others like smoking, drinking, fighting and using drugs, to name a few.

Positive Family Intervention

Wednesday’s 10am-11am & 2pm-3pm

We cover reformatting your thinking as a parent when it comes to approaching your child and their behaviors. In our seven weekly sessions we teach parents how to identify the motivators of your child’s problem behavior,  identify replacement behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, create a positive behavior support plan and monitor that plan.
