Housing Services

The Project for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) is a grant program that provides assistance to adults who are homeless, or at imminent risk of becoming homeless and have serious mental illnesses. PATH services include outreach services; referrals for primary health services, job training, educational services, and relevant housing services.
