What is Person-Centered-Planning & Why Is It So Important?

The Arc Muskegon invites families to learn more about this very important process known as Person-Centered-Planning and important elements of pre-planning. They will be targeting skill building services and other supports. Participants will learn the values and elements of a person centered plan, be able to list and describe goals and interests, develop pre-plans for the individual to work toward with identified outcomes, and further determine the needs of the individual. Plus more!!

Families, guardians, and anyone involved in the Person Centered Planning process is invited to learn more at this free event. Dr. Sally Burton-Hoyle from Eastern Michigan University will present. Dr. Burton-Hoyle is an Associate Professor in the Department of Special Education.
