Youth Home-Based and Family-Based Services offer supportive, recovery-based treatment to children and their families. This interdisciplinary approach provides treatment based on individual needs and goals. Children and families work together to build strong relationships crucial to successful growth and recovery.

Treatment is based on a partnership between the child, family, and treatment team. Most services are provided in the home, community, or school to help nurture natural supports and to bridge community resources.

The Youth Community Based Team serves children 6-18 years of age who have a primary diagnosis of a serious emotional impairment and who have Medicaid or MI Child.
