Services

HealthWest specializes in providing integrated healthcare for individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness. Our clients are experts in their own care, and work together with staff to develop a Person Centered Plan (PCP) that includes services and supports designed to help them achieve their goals and support their recovery process. Services are provided by multi-disciplinary teams, including Supports Coordinators, Nurses, Peer Support Specialists, Employment Specialists, psychiatrists and Masters Level Clinicians.
